The minute Theresa Cawood picked up the phone we knew we hit the jackpot. Theresa is genuine, professional and knowledgeable. You don’t get the fake salesy persona from Theresa. She is honest, smart and is in your corner. She adviced us on a sales price of a house which was $30,000 below asking! She had done the research and knew the house was overpriced. She was 100% right. The offer was accepted, and the house ended up being appraised at $13,000 over what we paid. We are so happy and couldn’t have done it without Theresa.
